Solebury Township Parks & Recreation embraces the philosophy that leisure time activities enhance the quality of life by offering everyone an abundant variety of both passive and active recreational opportunities and events at our local and State parks.
We have a reputation as an innovative leader in recreational offerings, support and sponsorships for our local community and its many organizations. The Pennsylvania Recreation and Parks Society has recognized our efforts with Excellence in Programming awards for our support of the construction of the Track Facility and Sports Complex located on the grounds of the New Hope-Solebury high school, our CPR/AED Community Outreach Training Program, our partnership participation in the Lambertville-New Hope Winter Festival, our Baseball and Softball programs, and our Summer Camp.

Annual New Hope-Solebury Community Association Antique Automobile Show and Road Rally raising money for scholarships for New Hope-Solebury students and for local charities. Solebury Parks & Recreation sponsors the “John Brillman Antique Truck Trophy” and the Road Rally. All events are held at the New Hope-Solebury High School grounds, 180 West Bridge Street, New Hope, PA. Road Rally is July 28 at 10:00 a.m. Auto Show is held two days on August 10 & 11 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Held on October 31st of each year in cooperation with the Solebury Township Police Department. This Halloween activity promotes community awareness and safety. Free prizes and novelty “Light Up the Night” items are distributed at various locations throughout the Township from 6 – 8 p.m. by the Parks & Recreation Department and Solebury Police Officers and at the corner of Norwalk Way and Kitchens Lane in North Pointe.
