Sing Out Loud & Proud

Saturday, May 17th
Stephen Buck Theatre of New Hope Solebury High School

Sing Out Loud and Proud is a benefit for Planned Parenthood Association of Bucks County's youth educational programs, including the Rainbow Room, Bucks County’s only center for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, queer and allied (LGBTQA) youth, and Boys 2 Men and Girlfriends, life skills programs for adolescents from Lower Bucks.

In conjunction with New Hope Celebrates' Somewhere Over the Rainbow Pride Weekend, Planned Parenthood Association of Buck’s County produces the annual Sing Out Loud and Proud showcase (http://www.ppbucks.org/SOLAP2008.htm )! This year we are honored to feature America’s favorite dragapella beautyshop quartet, The Kinsey Sicks, at the Stephen Buck Theatre of New Hope Solebury High School!! This concert
is a must see; don’t miss out on your opportunity to see the group the New York Times describes as, “the hottest ticket
in town… voices sweet as birdsong”; and according to Billboard Magazine, the Kinsey Sicks are “One of uniquely
original (and thoroughly fun and entertaining) acts we have encountered in years!” Watch out Bucks County,
the Kinsey Sicks are coming on May 17 th (http://www.kinseysicks.com/ )!

Also performing that evening, the Rainbow Room youth will grace the stage with their original work; this opening is a
real treat for the community as we witness the reward of efforts and kindness in action.

the concert at 7pm. Also, join us in honoring our Beyond the Rainbow Award winners Roy Ortman and Bill Serrani
for their commitment to our community and support for the Rainbow Room and PPABC!

With combined leadership by area youth and Planned Parenthood Association of Bucks County's Education and Training Department, the Rainbow Room is a safe, supportive and welcoming environment for LGBTQA youth ages 14 to 21. At the Rainbow Room, youth can be themselves and experience the freedom of knowing they are accepted totally and without reservation.
